Guided Architecture and History Tour
Sneakers on and let's go! While guided through the Ensemble City Nord you discover up to 117 acres and 23 thwarted plots. You will learn the historical context for the emergence of City Nord, architectural features of individual buildings and the plans for the future - in short, the City Nord in its diversity, vitality, and in the light of their strengths and weaknesses. The tour lasts approximately two hours and is free of charge.

Discover the City Nord independently
With a newly published guide in July 2013, visitors can also explore the City Nord all on their own.
The guide leads to known and lesser-known trails, passing a total of 18 information panels that give an overview of the history of the City Nord and architecture of individual buildings. In addition, photos illustrate the structural origin of the office buildings and provide insights into the houses that remain normally hidden for outsiders.
The flyer for the tour is available free of charge upon receipt of the following houses: Haus der Wirtschaft (Kapstadtring 10), Vattenfall (Ueberseering 12) ERGO headquarters (Ueberseering 45). From here, the tour can be started at a time.
